I LOVE carrot cake. I have seen a few recipes for raw carrot cake recently and have been itching to try :) Sooo I made these carrot cake bites with cinnamon cashew cream frosting - they turned out pretty yummy!

ICE CREAAAMMMM. Healthy coconut vanilla almond milk ice cream with banana cake bread, puffed wheat, and a coconut peanut sauce (1/2 tbsp pb marshmallow whey, 1/2 tbsp melted coconut pb, and 1 tbsp almond milk). This ice cream is awesome. SO MUCH and its thick and doesn't melt right away and its only around 60 calories a serving 😳 The recipe for the ice cream is by @stuftmama but ill post the how-to in the comments because I can't even find hers!
