Trevor Ash The first time I had heard of the Bareknuckle was during a brief encounter with a cyclist at the Chicago train station. His was a stunning bike and I was amazed when I later learned how affordable the frame-set is. This is the first track geometry frame that I have owned. It only took one ride for me to appreciate the difference that tighter geometry and added frame stiffness afford. Besides handling, which took some getting used to, the most significant thing I noticed was the response and increased power during sprints. I never realized until then how much energy is wasted due to factors like frame flex.
