TIP: I couldnt fit all the videos of all the various weights i used. As i was saying in the previous demo video, the overarching theme today was 1) short rest without compromising intensity so 45 secs to 1 min between sets & exercises (4 sets) shorter rest periods illicit more growth hormones than testosterone, 2) high reps 15 lowest to 25 reps (more lactic acid) . A by product of lactic acid is growth hormone. 3) Move the weight fast without compromising form...this means all muscle fibers involved are recruited at the same time instead of being recruited sequentially so all muscle fibers involved are working from the first rep onwards instead of towards the end of the set. This means the sets will be harder which adds to a favorable overall hormonal milieu but what we are focused on IGF1 autocrine, paracrine ( which GH causes the systemic release of this via muscle cells & liver) and in turn both sets off protein synthesis (muscle building ) . As well GH helps with fat loss via break down of fat & conversion of T4 to T3 (metabolism) but it's more of a secondary effect. . All of this ties into the phase I'm in until the Arnold classic>>> sarcoplasmic hypertrophy which I have talked about in a previous video last year on IG
