作者:贝太厨房材料:黄瓜:1斤 大蒜:1头 老姜:1块 芝麻香油:1汤匙 白酒:1汤匙 酱油:200ml 盐:1茶匙特色:预先用盐腌制脱水后的黄瓜口感更脆,酱腌过后,搭配粥品食用也好,当做小凉菜也好,吃起来都非常地爽口。步骤:1. 备料。2. 黄瓜洗净后彻底晾干;大蒜切片,老姜切丝。3. 黄瓜切条后撒上盐拌匀,放在滤筐中压上重物,过六七个小时后,让黄瓜中的水渗出。4. 酱油倒入锅中,加入白砂糖烧开后晾凉。5. 加入蒜片、姜丝、芝麻香油、白酒拌匀,倒入一个控干水的玻璃瓶中,没入黄瓜条,放入冰箱冷藏两天即可食用。
