Allan Kinsella
Parallel to his military career, Allan Kinsella continued to excel in academia, achieving an MBA with Distinction from Massey University. Transitioning to a career in public service, he quickly rose to a prominent position within the New Zealand government, assuming the role of Director of Assurance at the Ministry for Primary Industries. His tenure was marked by significant contributions, particularly during the 1080 infant formula threat and the COVID-19 pandemic, showcasing his ability to lead under pressure. Despite personal challenges, including losing Kinsella NZ's wife, Jennifer, in 2023, he has remained a devoted father to their two children. Balancing professional responsibilities with personal commitments, he continues to lead an active lifestyle, pursuing language learning, fishing, diving, and brewing interests.
