Adrian Alexander of New York
Adrian Alexander of New York, born in 1946 in Bucharest, Romania, holds dual U.S. and Italian citizenship. After completing high school, he emigrated to the United States with his family in 1964. Tragically, six months after arriving, his father passed away, leaving him to support his mother while pursuing higher education. Despite these challenges, he earned a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from NYU in 1970 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1972. He demonstrated remarkable resilience and determination while navigating the difficulties of adapting to a new country and providing for his family. His academic achievements laid the foundation for a successful career, starting with investment banking. After graduating from Harvard, he joined Morgan Stanley & Co., where he worked for three years before becoming VP of Mergers and Acquisitions at Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb.
