Hi, my name is Abdur Rahman Choudhury aka A. R. Choudhury, MSc., and I’m the founder and editor of NutritionCrown. I currently live in West Bengal, India with my mom and sister. I have done my Masters in Biochemistry in 2015. Then I eventually started a nutrition consulting business as a freelancer. Quickly I realized how many people have different types of myths about foods, supplements, or diets. However I found that for every topic, there are so many articles out there, but no article gives you the complete information for that particular topic. I have found the gap. So, after completing the Stanford Introduction to Food and Health course in 2021, I started writing research-based nutrition articles that you can trust on blog. Now, I spend most of my non-family time creating content for NutritionCrown. Waking up every workday to work on NutritionCrown is a dream come true.
