24 Hours With Naomi Campbell

5 A.M. wake-up time, 3 juice cleanses a week, 2 dogs—the supermodel's life by the numbers.
5:00 A.M. When I'm in New York taping my show, The Face, I get up at five or six. When I'm not, I'd say nine. I don't like alarms. I don't like really sudden, loud noises; they make me jump. I wake up on my …

For pixies, nymphs and elves, nature is life's playground. Such is the creative force behind mother Cyndi Monaghan's (@elf_girl) Instagram feed where she has been capturing the woodland play of her children. Her photos and videos are a delightful mixture of cheeky grins from underneath leaves, hands holding out the day's discoveries from explorations and glimpses into her children's imaginative games with their cats, Bear and Klaus. "I love nature and the outdoors and try to capture the details and the enormousness of it," she says. "I document their childhood through Instagram photos. It's quick, easy and satisfying. I don't need to drag a big fancy camera around, I've always got my small and handy iPhone so I don't miss out on these special, ordinary moments I share with my kids." Under his art moniker Wolfbat (@wolfbat), New York City-based artist Dennis McNett uses Instagram to share the process behind his huge, intricate wood cuts and sculptures. "Everything I do is hand carved with a chisel," says Dennis. While sometimes it's hard to capture in a photo, "I try to show the process from start to finish to give a better idea of what people are looking at when viewing my work. It's also fun to show some of the big sculptures I make for performance, which are then burned afterwards." "I use Instagram to share my work," which Dennis says is strongly influenced by the imagery of the early 1980s punk rock scene and often takes the form of viking ships, dragons and and mythical creatures, "but also to see other people's work and share things that inspire me." Happy #ArtThursday! Today we head to Scotland where just days ago construction wrapped up on "The Kelpies," the latest work by Glasgow-based sculptor Andy Scott. The massive steel sculpture of two iconic Clydesdale horses is a central element of The Helix, a multi-use park being built just east of the Scottish town of Falkirk. The piece, which took 7 years to complete, stands over 100 feet (30.5 meters) tall and is built from more than 600 tons of steel.
