家常豆腐

作者:贝太厨房材料:北豆腐:1块 麻辣火锅底料:25g 咸火腿:70g 葱:10g 姜:10g 干辣椒:2个 盐:5g 油:30ml特色:豆腐加入了麻辣的火锅底料,带上了一股川味,也让菜肴制作起来非常简单顺手。步骤:1. 将豆腐切成长方片,火腿切成小丁,干辣椒切碎,姜切姜丝,葱切葱花,备用。2. 锅中放油(15ml),小火将豆腐煎至两面金黄。3. 锅中再次放油(15ml),大火烧热之后加入葱、姜,爆香,再加入干辣椒碎,放入火腿,爆炒到火腿出油,之后加入麻辣火锅底料,炒出香味。4. 之后倒入适量的水,水要能没过调料,放入盐,之后大火烧开,最后下入煎炸好的豆腐,烧开收汁即可。
